My Sound and Healing Journey
Struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, and an eating disorder, traditional therapies couldn’t reach the core of my needs. Music, sound, and mindful practices helped me find home in myself. Now, I share these powerful tools to support others on their path.

This is a comprehensive certification program that prepares you to practice professionally. While Foundations introduces basic concepts, this 12-month mentorship includes hands-on instrument training, facilitation skills, practicum experience, and business development. You’ll graduate ready to lead sound baths and private sessions with confidence. 

No musical background is required. We focus on therapeutic applications of sound rather than traditional musical performance. The program is designed to help you develop a natural, intuitive relationship with sound healing instruments and voice, starting from wherever you are.

The program includes weekly group sessions, monthly one-on-one mentoring, unlimited email support, and a private Facebook community. You’ll receive direct feedback on your practicum sessions, guidance on your business development, and ongoing support as you build your practice.

Yes! The program is designed for working professionals. With pre-recorded modules, flexible practice schedules, and online components, you can pace your learning around your existing commitments. Many students complete their certification while working full-time as they transition into their sound healing practice.
